1. Payment by mail-
a. Checks should be made payable to Crofton Park Garden Owners and mailed to:

Your coupon book includes mailing address labels for your use.
2. ACH (Automated Clearinghouse)-
a. Download and complete the ACH Application Form (link provided below).
b. Attach a void check (cannot be a deposit slip.)
c. Mail or scan and email both documents to Legacy Management.
d. You will be notified by email that your application has been received and when your first payment will transact.
3. Bank Online Bill-Pay-
a. You will initiate this payment using your personal bank account and establishing a recurring or one-time payment.
b. Crofton Park Garden Owners should be listed as the payee.
c. Checks should be addressed as shown above.
d. Please reference your Crofton Park Garden Owners address on the check.
